What do I do in case of damage?

I have a damage. What do I do?

Should you have a health problem during the trip, you need to inform, within maximum 24 hours, the insurance company or the representative thereof at the telephone number indicated on your policy.

After taking this step, you should consider the instructions of the insurance company, taking into account the following:

  • request every time the justification receipts for the amounts paid for the medical treatment;
  • so as not to have problems in terms of a cost, verify in advance whether it is accepted or settled by the insurance company;
  • upon the arrival in the country, you should contact the insurance company or your agent in order to submit the documents necessary for the elaboration of the damage file.
